I targeted a long tail search term. A favorite for SEOs. This search term was inspired by listening to Matt Cutts' 2009 video. I thought about the people who would most likely want to find the right real estate agent in Jupiter Fl to list their home. What might they type? Well, find a real estate agent, ranked high in the Google Keyword tool, so I used it in conjunction with "Jupiter". I thought I'd run against stiff competition but my client appeared afterward in position number 1 for "Find a real estate agent in Jupiter" hmmm... Now, If I make it Jupiter, FL, he's in #7, but that's still impressive for the long tail result.
