Chinese Attacking The Web?The kind of latency I’ve been seeing the last few days on my 25/5 blazing fast FIOS connection? Some websites just went silent intermittently. Viddler.com is a big site though, and the whole thing was unavailable for a while, then I at least got a 503 error.
