This anchor text thing isn't foolproof

Here's what I mean. I used the text slimjaxmiami to point to a target URL as a part of a partial anchor text experiment but alas, the first stage is a dud so far. Three days have passed with the linking sites indexed but no appearance of the target, so I've run out of patience and I'm using this Google web property to see if that pushes it over. Last time it took just two days but now, it's the end of the third and nothing. I want to move on to the next phase so I can test partial match anchors.
