Construction in the KB and DR Horton homesites continue in Crown Valley.
Murrieta: Home construction well underway in Murrieta as KB and DR Horton both move well past the model phase into production.
Murrieta homes prove an attractive prospect to builders as the new phases are well underway at a good clip now after what appeared to be some possible delay. DR Horton homes seemed to go up almost overnight. KB is at a more steady pace.

- Fox Hollow will include 5 single story floorplans ranging in size from 1558 sq. ft. – 2597 sq. ft.
- Twinbrook will include 3 two story floorplans ranging in size from 2595 sq ft – 3380 sq ft. All homes will be on approximately 7000 sq ft lots.
- Some models will be available exclusively in the Twinbrook development one of these models, the plan 2905 features up to six bedrooms, up to three bathrooms and a three car garage.
