We visited a paper company here in LA that produces product packaging from post-consumer recycled paper. They were trying to solve the problem of recovering solids including ash and clay from the post-consumer processing. We shared with them how they could recover most of the solids and reuse the remaining clean water and recycle the byproduct back into the new paper and cardboard using Dissolved Air Flotation and the Airwhip pump by Keystec.
