South Florida has many well known private communities like PGA National homes and Admirals Cove. Recently a new Top Chef was named for PGA, Top Chef D.C. contenstant Kenny Gilbert. Homeowners in Palm Beach county are accustomed to fine dining in the area but "homemade" fare in the private clubs, especially Admirals Cove which has earned a top 4% standing among all US private clubs, make dining near home hard to beat. Kenny Gilbert has worked in clubs that serve private enclaves of Florida homes and resorts before, namely BallenIsles and the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club.
