Usually, an overnight change is a rarity, especially in SEO. Things tend to move slowly, but on this post, I show that real estate content changes can have a dramatic effect, especially when the change makes the content more unique and more valuable. Google loves unique and valuable content. It really doesn't have much regard for anything that is pretty much what's been said over and over elsewhere.
